Refund policy

Digital Products & Downloads: Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., downloadable guides, digital templates, software), digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless required by law or in the case of a technical fault.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sale / Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Final sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
